 Set up like a den with a sleeping loft for shorter term rentals ...( Just built). It is  one level up, located over the cliff, we call it our treehouse room. It has windows on three sides and some water veiws  , extra TV, Stereo, and sleeping loft.  Bad news it is separated from the main apartment by a deck,( also for your use)  and set of stairs. Weekly summer rental will be $900.00 with the optional addional room, or $42 /day extra, min 3 days .Thus, it is good for guests who may visit for part of your stay.
